Welcome to Twi Learning Center. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, online courses, cultural experiences, and related services. By enrolling in our courses, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. About Twi Learning Center

Twi Learning Center is an online educational platform dedicated to teaching Twi and Fante languages, as well as Ghanaian culture, history, customs, and traditions.

2. Registration, Payments & Enrollment

Students must provide accurate information when registering for courses or services.

All course fees, tour payments, and other service fees must be paid through approved payment methods before access to services is provided, unless otherwise agreed.

Prices may change from time to time; however, changes will not affect payments already completed for existing enrollments.

3. Classes, Attendance & Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

* Attend scheduled classes on time.
* Participate actively in lessons.
* Treat instructors and other students with respect.
* Complete learning activities and assignments where applicable.

Students are responsible for having the necessary equipment, including a reliable internet connection and suitable device, to participate in online lessons.

Twi Learning Center is not responsible for interruptions caused by a student’s personal internet connection or equipment.

4. Refunds, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Refund requests are handled according to the Twi Learning Center Refund Policy.

Students who are unable to attend scheduled lessons should notify Twi Learning Center within the required notice period. Rescheduling will depend on instructor availability.

For cultural tours and travel experiences, cancellation and refund terms will be communicated based on the specific tour package selected.

5. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All course materials, including videos, lesson notes, presentations, worksheets, recordings, and other educational resources, are the property of Twi Learning Center.

Students may use these materials for personal learning purposes only.

Students may not:

* Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials.
* Share paid course content with others.
* Upload or sell Twi Learning Center materials without written permission.

6. Code of Conduct & Service Use

Students and customers agree to maintain respectful behavior when interacting with Twi Learning Center staff, instructors, other students, and community members during cultural experiences.

Twi Learning Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services where individuals engage in:

* Harassment or abusive behavior.
* Fraudulent activities.
* Misuse of learning materials.
* Actions that negatively affect the learning environment or reputation of Twi Learning Center.

7. Privacy, Liability & Changes to Terms

Twi Learning Center respects your privacy and manages personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

While we are committed to providing quality educational and cultural experiences, we do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, fluency levels, or personal results.

Twi Learning Center may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
